A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of a hotel in your own home. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Guests are offered a centralised reception where they will be greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. After check in, guests will be escourted to The Charles. Our staff can also assist with tours & adventures.
De Waterkant Village is patrolled by security staff on a 24-hour basis.
The Village & Life Control Room is now fully operational. The Control Room is a 24 hour, 7 days a week backup system that has been put in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. The main function of the Control Room is to serve as a second backup for security when the All Hours Number, provided at each property, is not answered. The staff at the Control Room will then be able to direct calls or contact the manager of the property, director of the company, police, ambulance or applicable embassy, depending on the situation.
Our dedicated housekeeping department offers guests a daily refresh service and a full service, which includes a linen and towel change after every 3 night’s occupation. Additional services and housekeeping services on Sunday and Public holidays, can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
Laundry and dry cleaning services are available to all guests staying at The Charles.
